Bvlgari Hotel Roma: Italy
Bvlgari Hotels is working with Italian architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel to transform this 1930s Vittorio Ballio Morpurgo building into one of the most highly anticipated five-star hotel openings of the new year. The building, which sits in the Carrio Marzio neighborhood near the Bvlgari flagship and many of Rome's top landmarks, will house 100 rooms and suites. Among the one-of-a-kind amenities are a chic reading room, dining led by Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito, and fabulous wellness facilities.

Hotel Barrière Fouquet's New York
Fans of Group Barriére's dazzling international hotels will be thrilled to learn that the brand will be opening a Tribeca property that is scheduled for a summer opening. Housing 97 beautifully appointed rooms, intimate dining and lounge areas, and state-of-the-art amenities, the eight-story hotel is likely to become a destination for New Yorkers and aspiring New Yorkers alike.
Waldorf Astoria Cancun: Mexico
Nestled along 100 acres of pristine, secluded coastline, Waldorf Astoria's latest property is set to be a new favorite accommodation in Cancun. Housing 173 beautiful rooms with ocean views, plunge pools, and private balconies—plus, signature Waldorf Astoria spa and dining experiences—we can't wait to soak up the Yucatan sunshine. Waldorf Astoria Cancun will be opening in September.
Conrad Los Angeles: California
Conrad Hotels & Resorts' first California property is opening this spring in Los Angeles. Conrad Los Angeles will be part of The Grand LA, a Frank Gehry-designed mixed-use property located downtown. Amenities of 28-story hotel include 305 modern rooms, sweeping views of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, a 16,000 square foot rooftop terrace, and locally inspired culinary offerings. We also look forward to Conrad openings on Sardinia and in Nashville, Tulum, and Rabat, Morocco.
Fairmont Windsor Park: England
Fairmont's new English countryside estate, Fairmont Windsor Park, is anticipating a soft launch on January 1. We can't wait to experience this 40-acre property in the iconic neighborhood just an hour from London. andBeyond Grumet Serengeti River Lodge: Tanzania
Those looking for a safari adventure in the new year need to keep their eyes on andBeyond's latest renovation of its Grumet Serengeti River Lodge that's set to reopen in June. Expect chic, textured interiors that emphasize indoor-outdoor living. Delano hotel is opening its first France property in the ultra-chic 8th Arrondisement in 2022 in a charming 18th-century courtyard building steps away from Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré. Cashel Palace: Ireland
A spectacular reopening is coming to Tipperary's Cashel Palace Hotel in March. The 18th-century grand country house-turned-hotel has been restored by conservation architects to preserve the historic architecture and gardens while offering today's creature comforts and luxe amenities. Hotel AKA NoMad: New York
The former Roger New York will reopen as Hotel AKA NoMad this spring. Piero Lissoni of Lissoni New York is in charge of the design transformation and will be his first U.S. hotel. 100 Princes Street: Scotland, U.K.
The Red Carnation Hotel Collection will be opening its first Scotland property this June on Edinburgh's most famous street. 100 Princes Street is housed in an immaculately restored historic building with interiors inspired by Alexander McQueen and features its own custom tartan designed by Araminta Campbell.
