The 59-year-old travel nut is keeping track of his travels on a giant map tattoo.

Whenever the retired Louisiana lawyer visits a new country, he has an artist ink it in.

So far he’s been to 60 different nations, meaning more than 50% of the land surface is covered.

And he one day hopes to have the entire area colored in.

Passman caught the travel bug after getting his first passport in 2006 at age 51, with his first trip overseas being to Tanzania.

He quit his job in 2010 to tour almost full time and only returns home for three months of the year.

His adventure has seen him take in Europe, Asia, Africa, North, Central and South America, Australasia and Antarctica – with his favorite place being Guatemala.

“I got the tattoo as a way to show my passion for travel. It’s a permanent reminder of all the amazing places I’ve visited,” he wrote on his blog.
