Which Products Will Be Announced?

Microsoft typically uses this event to announce new Surface products. The most recent event covered two new laptops, AI updates, and changes to Windows 11.

Rumors about a possible March event say that Microsoft will have two Surface releases this year. Commercial versions – possibly the Pro 9+ and Laptop 5+ – may launch in April, and the Pro 10 and Laptop 6 could be out in June.

The Last Event: 2023 Surface Event Recap

The March 21 event revealed new, business-facing models of the Surface Pro and Surface Laptop. Microsoft also talked about Windows and AI.

  • Surface Pro 10 for business. The new Surface Pro includes 5G, a brighter keyboard with easier-to-read print, and an anti-reflective screen that Microsoft says is 33% brighter.
  • Surface Laptop 6 for business. This hardware comes in 13.5- and 15-inch screen options and a new camera.
