BULGOGI KIMBAP 불고기 김밥

The last inspiration from Jinny's Kitchen: Yumi's Beef Bulgogi Kimbab with my land and sea touch! This is my fave way to have kimbab~ the combo of beef, crabstick, and everything else was just perfection imo.

What's your fave fillings for Kimbap?

Ingredients:

-Seaweed spread (nori/gim)

-Ground beef, saute with bulgogi sauce

-Carrots, sliced and sauteed

-Spinach, blanched and season with sesame oil & salt

-Danmuji (Korean/Japanese pickled radish, it's a must!)

-Crabstick, sauteed

-Omelette, sliced

-Cooked rice, room temp, and season with sesame oil (with other seasonings up to your preference, like salt, or furikake)
