Calvatia cyathiformis 'Purple-spored Calvatia’ (Bosc) Morgan
Unlike other calvatias, this one has purple to purple-brown spores when fully mature. Good substitute for tofu. Eat only when fresh and the interior is pure white. Found in grassy areas.
