Our delicious Candy Cap mushrooms are foraged right here in Mushroom mecca Mendocino County, California.
We take pride and care from the harvest on through the drying technique. These mushrooms must be slow dried, mostly by airflow and humidity control, then finished off slowly with low heat and airflow until perfectly dry. we age our candy caps in glass jars minimum one year for extra scent enhancement.
