Item was as described, however seller did not prep product for shipping. Product arrived bent. Semi-rigid card holder was used. Either use a top loader or cardboard as support to prevent this from happening.

I'm sorry this happened to your card. I am willing to send you a refund or whatever else. I usually have good luck with how I package my items. I try to have 3 lines of defense typically. Cardboard or top loader depending on the value of the card. I typically take a hit on every card Ian does to make this right please let me know.
