I ordered several fruiting blocks and all but one fruited wonderfully. I called about the one that didn't produce and they promptly sent another no questions asked. Highly recommend.

After lousy experiences with North Spore and others (contaminated spawn/growkits), I tried Southwest — and I’m sticking with them. Decided to try a Lion’s Mane grow kit, and I’m beyond satisfied. Whatever strain it is, it’s yielding dense, white, tasty fruiting bodies as hoped, and better than any others I’ve tried to grow. Might try from scratch using spores in future, but waiting for a second flush to come in and totally happy.

I ordered my first batch dried of mushrooms and tried the “gourmet mushroom medley.” I just covered them in warm water and white wine to rehydrate, and then used them to make the most mouth watering mushroom pasta. The medley provided a lovely variety of taste and flavor - a flavor bomb for an otherwise pretty simple weeknight meal. I’ll definitely order again!
