Been having some issues and I finally got tired of them so I came in today and met with Dr. Hwang. She doesn't just focus on the popping and cracking. Her approach is to get to the root cause of the problem so that it doesn't happen again. She will walk you through the process and tell you what and what she is doing. She wants you to be fully complete and not just snapped back into place.

Dr. Hwang specializes in all around/all over care from the inside out. She doesn't do the typical snap, crackle, pop that gives the patient instant gratification and only to have the problems return within days. She's a holistic healer and is super friendly, thorough, and easy to talk to.

Instead of just only treating the existing problem (lower back pain due to car accident), she treated me as a whole person in diagnosing other little problems that were exacerbating the obvious issue.

Parking is easy to find on the street and the office is located near the Sunnyvale Town and Country Target.

This doctor really knows how to treat the mind-body connection and everything that goes with supporting true healing.

Dr Hwang is amazing!! She has the most effective strategy for bringing my spine back into alignment that I have ever received. She helped me release the stress and emotions keeping my muscles locked up, then she brought my muscles back into balance, and then she was able to adjust my spine quickly and easily. I felt absolutely amazing and relaxed when I left her office. If you have ever had a difficult time with your adjustments or you are just looking for a really great Chiropractor, Dr Hwang is the one to call.

There are few things in my life that I can say were life changing events but this has to be one of them. I've been someone who has been chronically suffering in silent pain for most of my life not knowing what to do. Going to the doctors would prove futile and pointless for me since I had no disease or medical emergency. I would be sent along my way with pain relievers, which are always just temporary.

I've always been hesitant to try chiropractic work since I was not well informed or knowledgeable in this area. Afterall, how can cracking a few bones help my overall health?

But I was at the end of my rope with pain levels fluctuating between 7 to 10 not knowing where to turn so I gave it a go.

And wow! All I can say is, I walked in a skeptic and walked out a believer! Not just really for chiropractic work but for this doctor. Kaela Hwang is an amazing, smart, caring and intuitive individual. She was able to determine where my physical pains were coming from and would give me adjustments, health advice and tips in order to correct it. And because of this I've never felt better in my life! Now I live virtually painfree, or pain levels of 2 if it does come or levels of 5 if it's truly severe. This has been a life changing process.

I will continue to come here til the day I die because I feel that it is so vital to be able to live healthily, free of pain. I can't put a price on that and the money that I've invested into my well being here makes up more than all the food, clothes and makeup I could have bought.

Kaela is the best chiropractor I have ever experienced. She is a true specialist and a wonderful person. I have seen chiropractors that did Applied Kinesiology and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), but they never did MFT - Cellular Nutritional Scanning and applying the proper supplements.

Kaela has helped me to identify what foods I should not be eating which is a long list.

I have never met a chiropractor who has pursued advanced education such as Kaela.

Went here frequently to get my body adjusted from damaging it so much through snowboarding and martial arts. Best thing I did for my body. I would come banged up and leave feeling like I could do it all over again.

My usual routine was get in, drink water, lay down on the hot rolling bed, drink water, find problems with my body, drink water, get adjusted and then leave, with one more cup of water. She was really attentive and knowledgeable the whole way through.

She was also very personable and caring. She knew how to have a good laugh and got very involved with the healing of my body as well as the success of my health.

I'd definitely recommend her for your chiropractic needs, especially if you are an athlete. She comes from a martial arts background herself so is familiar with sports related injuries.

I came in to Dr. Hwangs office after a bad car accident. Since I came in almost right away after the accident, she was able to fix my back problem from the accident. My back was in such pain, it hurt to even laugh, but within a couple visits she was able to fix the pain. She also gives a very detailed examination before she treats you, it made me feel that everything is going to be well taken care of, I've never had anyone write a three page report on holistic care.
She is very caring and make sure that everything is working out for you. Thank you Dr. Hwang.

She is a young and very knowledgeable Chiropractor. She has a refreshing commitment about my health that I haven't ever seen in any doctor before. In the 2 months I have been seeing her, she has helped me resolve issues that I have struggled with for over a decade.

My old Chiropractor gave me the same 4 adjustments every time I went in, but Dr. Hwang re-evaluates the treatment with every visit. She has gone beyond fixing just my neck, back, elbow, knee, hip, and foot; she has also helped guide me to a better diet that will help me maintain full health so I can avoid doctors & drugs in the future.

definitely, the best chiropractic care you can get in the area! this is not a "rack'em and crack'em" shop where someone just gives you generic treatment. rather, you'll get very personal, detailed attention and treatment tailored specifically to you and your needs. although the e-mail is backcare at gmail, you can get a lot more treated her than just your back. this is totally a _holistic_ chiropractic clinic. all your internal ailments, your diet, your mental health, ... everything will feel a lot better.

oh yeah, there's also a really cool massage bed there that patients get to use, and i guess you can also buy one from there.
