I called in to ask a question and received the most condescending and unnecessarily rude response from a sales associate.

When I asked about where I would locate templates for place cards on their website, he actually responded with, and I quote, "There is this thing called the IN-TER-NET. The WORLD-WIDE-WEB. If you search for it, you'll find it there."

I would not have bothered with this place if my planner didn't insist that I purchase specific place cards sold here. When I came by to pick them up today, I discussed the treatment I received with the manager. She was sympathetic, but did not seem surprised or disgusted by the behaviour of her staff. Even though we were making a purchase today, she offered to give us a discount "next time". We declined, as there won't be a next time.

I love this place!!! It can honestly be a one stop spot for wedding, party supplies. Brides beware... please have your colours picked out prior to visiting creative bag especially for ribbons. There's a huge selection and assortment of colours & sizes you honestly wouldn't know what to do. Single faced ribbons are mostly sold in 100 yards w/ diff sizes. Double faced ribbons need to be ordered in advance and it takes about 2-3 weeks for them to get it in. My first visit here lasted 1.5 hrs .. Time will fly by when you're at creative bag! :D Love it

Other than ribbons (organza, satin, mixed, etc.), they have boxes (LOTS of sizes....cupcakes, cake, gift boxes & more), favours, tuelle, organza, flower girl baskets, ring pillow, bags... LOTS and lots of diff bags (plastic, paper... i can keep going...)

I feel some of the prices aren't that frugal. But there are definitely some things worth checking out !

Great place for all kinds of packaging and decorations. They have a huge supply of all kinds of ribbons and the packaging options are limitless. It is a bit pricy but if you are buying in bulk there is a slight discount on some of the items.

My visit there today was for boxes for Christmas presents. No staff approached to offer assistance which was ok since I knew exactly what I was looking for and the 2 girls at the cash were super friendly.

Huge selection of packaging and craft materials here. If I were planning a party or a wedding, I would probably spend hours here. Bulk buying gets you discounted pricing as well. I come here to buy FDA approved packaging for the macarons that I sell.

You have the option of ordering online and then picking up or going instore and picking from their shelves. Plenty of parking space.

Love this place!! They have any sort of packing you want in one place. Prices are a little high but completely worth you not having to scramble everywhere else for same products. Not a lot of places carry all these packaging products in one place and they have so many options!

They also do custom orders which is great. We buy mainly for business purposes so it works perfect for us. They don't do refunds so make sure you buy what you need! It's not the stores fault if you go overboard and buy things you don't want without checking the return policy (like a lot of other reviewers were saying). I've never had to return anything here because it's all worked perfect for us.

They always have a ton of staff on the floor which is great and super helpful. They will check in the back too if you don't see what you're looking for.

All in all love this place. Great products!

I agree with Rana - 3.5 stars! This place would earn more if they lowered their prices, but since they are a specialty store I guess it's not a surprise they aren't on par with Dollarama.

That being said, this is definitely the place to go if you want every last detail to match and you're a crafty kind of person. I came here by accident one day on my lunch; I was taking a walk int he neighborhood and decided to pop in. Since then, I've only returned here when I want the "nice" wrapping supplies (aka not Dollarama quality).

The stock is impressive and the color selection is also quite good. They have some really nice seasonal things at Christmas, too.

Awesome store for someone who plans events or does lots of crafts. Pretty affordable. Wish they had more plainer options for boxes though. (Ie. No stripes).

Only main thing I had an issue with is their staff and customer service - it needs improvement as it's definitely not their strong point.

No one really greets you, "hello" or asks if you need help. And, even when I asked someone on the floor a simple question: "do you guys sell envelopes?" - the staff member was so unpleasant to deal with and seemed miserable.

I went in with my fiancé today at 4:35 and they were supposedly closing at 5:00. The door was locked and the curtain was closed all the way down. We knocked on the door and an employee answered. She told us they were closing because their system was down. We asked if we could still look around and she reluctantly agreed. When we walked in there were people shopping and people checking out (thought their system was down) as we were walking around, there were employees just standing and talking to each other. My friend bought boxes from there a few weeks before and asked if I could pick up one more box for her. I showed the employee the photo and said she's never seen it and it's not from their store. The only thing they sold were boxes,tulle, and ribbons I found nothing helpful for my wedding. I'm very dissatisfied with the store but very disappointed in the staff trying to leave 25 minutes early. Guess the manager wasn't there ‍

I made an online order. The order was delivered in 2 days only. The quality of the received products are very good. I just wish shipping fees are a little less.

My primary reason for coming here is for the amazing range of ribbons. Rows and rows of ribbons to match anything I want. If you're in for large quantities, the ribbon prices here are so much more reasonable than most other places. I've also managed to buy an aisle runner here for a friend for $19.99 plus tax. Not bad at all.
