The seasoned rice used in this mayak kimbab is the same as the one in bigger kimbab. The seaweed wrap is also the same, except that in mayak kimbab the regular-sized seaweed wrap needs to be cut into 4 or 6 pieces. We don´t need kimbal or bamboo roller to roll mayak kimbab. We can roll it perfectly with hand.
Seasoned rice: Mix Half big bowl of steamed rice, 1 tbs of sesame oil, 1bs of sesame seed, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tbs of vinegar.
Fillings: - Cutted spinach, boil & squeeze the water and season with salt and sesame oil
- Sliced carrot, boil and season with salt and sesame oil
- Sliced pickled yellow radish called damuji or if you don´t have it you can
replace it with pickled cucumber or even fried egg.
